Maylandia zebra

The Zebra Mbuna (Maylandia zebra) is a tropical freshwater fish of the family Cichlidae. It lives on the bottom, between 6 and 28 m deep. It grows to 11.3 cm (standard length, tail fin excluded). The IUCN Red List rates it Least Concern. In the aquarium it is kept at 22–28 °C.
