The Vietnamese Cardinal Minnow (Tanichthys micagemmae) is a tropical freshwater fish of the family Cyprinidae. It swims in midwater, close to the bottom. It grows to 2.3 cm (standard length, tail fin excluded). In the aquarium it is kept at 18–23 °C.
