Melanochromis cyaneorhabdos

The Blue Johanni Cichlid (Melanochromis cyaneorhabdos) is a tropical freshwater fish of the family Cichlidae. It swims in midwater close to the bottom, between 5 and 5 m deep. It grows to 7.5 cm (standard length, tail fin excluded). The IUCN Red List rates it Critically Endangered. In the aquarium it is kept at 24–28 °C.
