The Striped glass catfish (Kryptopterus macrocephalus) is a tropical freshwater fish of the family Siluridae. It swims in midwater, close to the bottom. It grows to 9.7 cm (standard length, tail fin excluded). The IUCN Red List rates it Near Threatened. In the aquarium it is kept at 20–26 °C.
